Surya Kriya

The Isha Foundation is a volunteer-run, international nonprofit organisation dedicated to cultivating inner growth with its ancient yoga methods for a modern person. The foundation is headquartered in southern India and at the Isha Institute of Inner Sciences in Tennessee, US.
