Welcome 2018 with complete inner wellbeing. Isha Yoga Australia is offering two yoga programmes for the local Hamilton community and people all over Brisbane: the Surya Kriya and Angamardana.

Surya Kriya is ideal for those who are caught up with a hectic lifestyle. “Surya” means “sun” and “kriya” means “inner energy process”. The programme is designed to promote holistic wellness and complete inner well-being. Know more about Surya Kriya here.
